We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Early Years to deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Early Years programmes. This role offers the opportunity to inspire and develop the next generation of childcare professionals by equipping learners with the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviours required to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and provide effective academic and pastoral support to help learners achieve their full potential. With a strong understanding of current Early Years frameworks, safeguarding responsibilities, and sector best practice, you will play a key role in preparing learners for successful careers or further study while contributing to curriculum development and maintaining outstanding standards of teaching and learning.
Do you have a passion for early years and want to inspire the next generation? Whether you're already working in education and looking for your next role, or if you're working in industry and looking to change your career path, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to join our health and early years curriculum team. Sharing your knowledge to unlock potential whilst guiding our learners through their studies, you'll work as part of the curriculum team to create and deliver lessons across a range of qualification levels, inspiring achievement and the best possible outcomes. The successful candidate will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and able to maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines, whilst retaining a high standard of delivery.
