You will play a key role in inspiring and supporting learners as they develop the knowledge, skills and professional behaviours needed for successful careers in the Early Years sector. Working collaboratively with the curriculum team, you will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of Early Years programmes and qualification levels, assess learner progress and provide effective academic and pastoral support to help every learner achieve their full potential. With a strong understanding of current Early Years frameworks, safeguarding responsibilities and sector best practice, you will help prepare learners for employment or further study while contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and a commitment to delivering an outstanding learning experience. Above all, you will be passionate about supporting learners and equipping them with the skills and confidence to make a positive difference to children's learning, development and wellbeing.
