We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining excellent customer service. Van will be provided with fully insurance.
Responsibilities- Safely operate company vehicles, including vans and lorries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Plan delivery routes effectively to optimise efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
- Load and unload goods.
- Deliver products to clients or designated locations in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues that may arise.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times during deliveries.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, with a valid driver's licence.
