We want to make a difference. As a team, we care about people. We have freedom: We can make choices for ourselves and our patients to support them. Togetherness: We are a team; we operate as a team, and patients are part of our team. We provide opportunity for the team to develop their skills and knowledge. We aim to be the best version of ourselves. We have developed our MSK progression pathway to help map out career progression, along with an associated pay scale. Our voices are heard. We have a ‘no blame’ culture. We want success: We like to see and get results – we champion our patients and team members to succeed in their aspirations. We’re also a clinic with curiosity at its heart. We audit our own outcomes, to help build a better service for our patients. We treat everyone from active grandparents to professional athletes. We take the time to understand their goals and help them get back to what they love most. We also run the MSK Lunch Club for other clinicians, and so being on top of your game is important for this.
About You: We are looking for an experienced MSK podiatrist who can manage a patient case load from initial appointment through to discharge. Training can be provided, but you will need to bring good MSK knowledge to the role and be keen to learn more. We are a small team and are looking for a team player. Although the main focus of the role will be MSK podiatry work, there will be some non‑MSK podiatry work and the need to step in if required during team absences. You will need to be a good listener, organised, confident, work as part of a team and have great attention to detail. As a clinic, we aspire to be experts in our field, and so you will need to have a desire to learn and make recommendations for improvement. We want to push boundaries. Remember, you never fail; you create an opportunity to learn.
Benefits:
- Full admin support so you can focus on doing what you do best with admin breaks
- Annual CPD budget + study leave
- Regular in‑house CPD, mentorship and case discussions
- Free use of our gym and rehab equipment
