• Trained in safe removal of hazardous material such as asbestos and lead
• Relevant Asbestos Awareness Training
• Excellent attitude to all aspects of Health & Safety
• Effective Communication and Good teamwork is essential to the role
• Previous Experience in Demolition Management
• A profound understanding of and adherence to safety practices and regulations
• Familiarity with demo tools and machinery

Must have CCDO Card & recent referencable experience
