Site Manager

My client is looking for a site manager for a small new build site manager in Northumberland this will be an ongoing role with the veiw to be taken on long term if both parties agree you will be resposible for: • Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workforce. • Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines. • Conduct regular progress meetings and report updates to the contract manager • Ensure a safe working environment and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site. • Address and resolve any site issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships. Qualifications & Experience: * SMSTS * Recent referencable experience / Either Asst SM or SM role * First Aid This role is suitable for someone with a background in housing
