Our client is looking for a minor works manager for the Sunderland – Teeside region.
Experience essential.
Duties to include:
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Collate sub contractor reports
- Liaising with design teams
- Managing internal labour resource and multiple disciplines
- Hold H&S accreditations / SMSTS / CSCS / ISOSH or similar
- Working within a healthcare environment is desirable as to understand the protocols necessary in managing in these environments
- Familiar with programming software
- Experience in Document control systems such as View-point 4p and Field view
- Working as lead within a smaller team / liaise with commercial lead / QS in managing the specialist supply chain
Anticipated Salary in the region of £55,000 / experience dependant.
Car Allowance £5,000.
