Our client is looking for a minor works manager for the Sunderland – Teeside region.

Experience essential.

Duties to include:

  • Maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Collate sub contractor reports
  • Liaising with design teams
  • Managing internal labour resource and multiple disciplines
  • Hold H&S accreditations / SMSTS / CSCS / ISOSH or similar
  • Working within a healthcare environment is desirable as to understand the protocols necessary in managing in these environments
  • Familiar with programming software
  • Experience in Document control systems such as View-point 4p and Field view
  • Working as lead within a smaller team / liaise with commercial lead / QS in managing the specialist supply chain

Anticipated Salary in the region of £55,000 / experience dependant.

Car Allowance £5,000.
