We are looking to recruit a Clinical & Dental Negligence Solicitor / Fee Earner (2 years PQE or Equivalent) Full Time. Based in Macclesfield or Remote Working. Fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinical negligence solicitor to join our rapidly growing firm. The successful candidate will join our Clinical Negligence department and will deal with a quality caseload.
Responsibilities
- Run claims from inception to Trial, with extensive knowledge of clinical negligence work.
- Handle claims arising from medical misdiagnosis, surgical negligence, prescription and medication errors, as well as dental negligence.
- Provide excellent client care and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years clinical negligence experience.
- Extensive knowledge of clinical negligence work and ability to manage cases from inception to Trial.
- Good IT skills with confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim experience preferable but not essential).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
