Our client is an eCommerce business that sells directly to consumers in the UK and International marketplaces and has experienced steady growth across multiple sales channels in recent years. They are now ready to move forward with ambitious plans to expand market share both in the UK and overseas.
To maximize these opportunities, they are seeking to appoint a proactive Ecommerce Assistant who is eager to make a difference within a fast-paced, small team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience working within a D2C business, who also possesses creative skills to assist with the design of artwork supporting ecommerce and marketing activities.
The successful candidate will assist the Marketing & Product Manager in optimizing listings across multiple marketplaces in the home market and internationally. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central, focusing on listing optimization and keyword research.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct keyword research to ensure our branded products are listed and optimised to the highest standards regulations of each marketplace.
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central with some occasional work on additional sale channels.
- Create digital assets such as infographics, banners and videos to feature on marketplaces which will enhance the Brand’s visibility and optimise sales.
- Assist with the launch of new products worldwide.
- Work in accordance with the Company’s pre-defined requirements to ensure a consistent brand identity across all sales channels.
- Monitor product listings alongside the Marketing and Product Manager to help produce reports to measure sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to ensure our content is in line with industry trends.
- Provide support and assistance to customers making enquiries via our helpdesk system.
- Experience within a similar function.
- Minimum 2 years of working on Amazon Seller Central (UK and International) plus knowledge of other eCommerce platforms.
- Proven experience of listing optimisation and keyword research.
- Experience of managing listings in international markets.
- Knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of bulk uploads on marketplaces to implement listing and price changes.
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to create and produce creative artwork using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with a keen attention to detail.
