The Senior Corporate Account Handler role:

  • Provide technical support to clients, delivering accurate and timely responses to queries.
  • Handle new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments across a range of commercial insurance policies with premiums up to £1M.
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate and completed within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain a client-first approach, ensuring an outstanding level of service at all times.
