Due to continued growth, they're seeking an experienced Senior Claims Handler to join their friendly Shrewsbury team.
The Role: You'll manage a varied caseload across commercial, agricultural and personal lines, working with insurers, brokers, loss adjusters and solicitors to achieve positive outcomes while supporting the wider claims team.
- Manage commercial, agricultural and personal lines claims from notification to settlement.
- Support clients throughout the claims process, maintaining clear and regular communication.
- Monitor outstanding claims, follow up proactively and ensure timely resolutions.
- Process settlements and customer payments accurately and promptly.
- Review claims for accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Support and mentor colleagues within the claims team where required.
