Are you an experienced Motor PI Claims Handler looking for your next opportunity in the heart of Manchester?
We’re working with a well-regarded MGA that’s continuing to expand its in-house claims team. They’re now looking to welcome a confident and capable Motor PI Claims Handler who can manage personal injury motor claims from start to finish.

The Motor PI Claims Handler role:
- Managing a caseload of motor personal injury claims from initial notification through to settlement.
- Investigating, negotiating, and settling claims in a proactive and efficient manner.
- Delivering a high standard of service to clients at all times.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Reviewing and updating reserves and ensuring regular review of inactive files.
Our ideal Motor PI Claims Handler:
- Previous experience dealing with PI Motor Claims from cradle to grave.
- Background dealing with both claimant and defendant cases is essential.
- Experience working on OIC & MOJ portals is necessary for the position.
- Exposure to fraudulent cases would be advantageous to your application.
- Professional communication skills, and excellent telephone etiquette.
- An adaptable and proactive, team-focused attitude.
