Working for an established firm of 'whole of the market' Financial Advisers, our client is now looking for an additional Technical Administrator to join their large and growing practice. Working closely with the Consultants and Paraplanners, the main focus of this role will be to provide support to the Advisers. Candidates will have sound technical knowledge and will be working on cash flow modelling and Tax Planning.
Duties will consist of:
- Producing complex and detailed reports to aid the financial advisers
- Corresponding with clients
- Processing new business
- Performing fund switches
- Liaising with investment companies
- Creating fund research to build model portfolios
- Performing yearly reviews of existing clients
- Maintaining the client database ensuring all information is correct and up to date
Ideally, candidates will have experience of using a Back Office System along with a number of Provider Platforms. Exams and long-term career development is supported. You must be able to work as part of a busy team environment and should offer first-class communication skills in order to provide high levels of client care.
