The client is looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable candidate to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail. You will come from a strong Financial Services background, ideally an IFA Firm where you will have gained knowledge of using Back Office Systems & Provider Platforms.
Requirements:
- Overseeing the general running of the office and the client experience
- Managing a small team of 5 office assistants
- HR duties (with the potential for some duties to be outsourced) including health and safety, fire safety etc and overseeing our employee reward program
- Managing contracts and software licences
- Overseeing office maintenance and IT issues
- Ad Hoc duties and project work
- Experience of financial services systems an advantage (e.g. Intelliflo), excel competent
