An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join a successful financial planning business as a Review Pack Coordinator. Previous experience within financial services is advantageous, particularly in preparing valuations, although full training can be provided for the right candidate.
Working closely with Financial Planners and support teams, you will play a vital role in preparing client review packs that form an essential part of the ongoing financial planning process.
The Role
As a Review Pack Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing comprehensive and accurate review packs for client meetings. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial, as the information you prepare will be presented directly to clients by Financial Planners.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing client valuations for review meetings, including obtaining information directly from providers and utilising electronic valuation feeds
- Updating and maintaining accurate client records on the Intelligent Office (IO) database
- Calculating Costs and Charges for the previous 12-month period
- Producing FE Analytics reports and Provider X-Ray reports
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and professionally presented
- Issuing completed review packs to Financial Planners within agreed timescales
- Maintaining high standards of record keeping and data accuracy
- Liaising with providers and internal teams where required to obtain information
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- Strong IT skills and confidence working with databases and reporting systems
- Previous experience within financial services would be beneficial
- Experience preparing client valuations is preferred but not essential
- Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) would be advantageous but is not essential
