We are delighted to be representing an expanding Independent Wealth Management Advisory firm based in Sheffield who, due to their ever increasing growth, are now looking to recruit an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity that offers a long term career path within the Financial Services industry through to paraplanning and beyond to advising for those that want it. Hybrid working 25 holidays + BH Study Support Available Excellent Promotion and Development Opportunities Company Pension Working as part of a highly professional team which provide high quality support to the Wealth Planners, this role will include: Providing high-quality administrative support to a team of wealth managers across a range of pensions, investments and other financial products Conducting product research Writing basic suitability reports Prepare and Issue client review documents. Processing of new and existing business Liaising with product providers to ascertain any policy information which may be required for your research General office admin tasks What do we need from you? Previous experience working within and IFA/wealth Management environment is essential Must have excellent client communication skills Ideally working towards industry qualification but this is not essential Familiarity with Provider Platforms. FE is also preferred, although not essential Excellent writing skills Our client is looking for a highly ambitious individual, who enjoys the challenge of a diverse role whilst having an eye for detail. It is also essential that the successful candidate is a team player who is looking for a long term role where they can continue to learn and develop.
