About the Role:
This is a strategic, hybrid field-based position responsible for managing hospital accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sales growth in a key London territory. Part of a supportive national team, the role offers significant responsibility and visibility within a dynamic, patient-focused organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage NHS and private hospital accounts across a defined London region
- Develop and implement targeted account plans aligned with business goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored commercial solutions
- Monitor competitor activity and market developments
- Maintain accurate CRM data and support internal planning
- Work cross-functionally to deliver strategic and operational initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ABPI Code and internal procedures
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years’ experience in hospital or specialist pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of NHS and commercial healthcare structures
- Ideally experienced in haematology, immunology, or critical care
- Proven skills in account management, stakeholder engagement, and business development
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and digital tools
- High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct
