As an Independent Financial Adviser, you will: Provide holistic, independent financial advice to a portfolio of clients Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing clients Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities to meet clients' evolving financial needs Provide advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection and wider financial planning Take responsibility for the ongoing management and development of your client bank We're looking for an experienced adviser who is passionate about delivering high-quality, client-focused financial planning. Experience working as an Independent Financial Adviser / Financial Planner Full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and holistic financial planning A proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Basic salary £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience ~ Existing client bank provided ~ Full Paraplanning and IFA Administration support ~25 days' annual leave + bank holidays ~ Pension scheme ~ Health Plan ~ Free on-site parking ~ Career development and study support ~ This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser who wants to join a well-established firm with a strong reputation for quality advice and client service, with the support and infrastructure in place to allow you to focus on what you do best — advising clients.
