Job Description IFA Administrator NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with an established and highly regarded financial planning business in Leeds, who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA/Wealth Management Administrator who enjoys working in a busy, technical environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant administration to support advisers and their clients. The role will involve supporting the full new business process, dealing with investment platforms and life companies, maintaining accurate client records and ensuring that client files are fully compliant before business is submitted. As an IFA Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Obtaining illustrations and relevant pre-advice documentation Submitting new business and investment trades via various platforms and life companies Adding and maintaining client information on Intelligent Office (iO) Submitting Letters of Authority to providers and obtaining policy information Providing general office and administrative support when required At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within financial services Strong understanding of the new business and investment administration process Experience dealing with investment platforms and life companies Good knowledge of compliance and AML requirements Experience using Intelligent Office (iO) would be highly advantageous Competent Word and Excel skills to an intermediate level Salary up to £35,000, depending on experience ~ Employer pension contribution ~ 24 days' holiday + bank holidays ~ Discretionary bonus ~ Vitality Private Medical Insurance ~ Exam support and ongoing training ~ Excellent opportunity to develop your career within an established financial planning business If you're an experienced IFA Administrator looking for a new opportunity in Leeds and want to join a professional business where quality, compliance and client service are at the heart of the role, we'd love to hear from you.
