Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an HR Advisor to join their Manchester team on a permanent part-time basis, working 3-4 days per week from their Spinningfields office. This is a varied, hands-on role offering real autonomy, exposure across the business and the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing practical and commercially focused advice.
- Support managers with employee relations matters including performance, conduct, absence, flexible working requests and change processes.
- Manage ER cases from start to finish, including investigations and hearings where required.
- Support employee lifecycle activity including OH referrals, exit interviews and annual people processes.
- Maintain accurate HR data, reporting and documentation.
- Contribute to HR policy, process improvement and wider people initiatives.
