NJR Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an established and growing IFA firm on the outskirts of Halifax, as they look to appoint a Senior Independent Financial Adviser who has the ambition to progress towards Directorship. Genuine pathway to Directorship – your long-term career progression is a key part of the role. Established client bank available – ideal if you want to focus on servicing and developing existing relationships. No hard sales targets or KPI-driven culture – the focus is on delivering great advice and building long-term relationships. You will work closely with an established client base, providing holistic independent financial advice across areas including pensions, investments and estate planning. We're keen to speak with experienced Independent Financial Advisers who are looking for something more than just their next adviser role. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum; Previous experience working as an Independent Financial Adviser with CAS status. Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and estate planning. A proven ability to build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
