This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional adviser who already holds the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and has at least 18 months' experience within an advisory or associate role, to take the next step in their career with a firm renowned for quality advice and client service.
The Role
- Working alongside a team of Chartered Advisers, Paraplanners, and Administrators, you will:
- Provide holistic, independent financial advice to a loyal client base
- Deliver recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, and tax‑efficient planning
- Manage an existing client bank - with full administrative and paraplanning support
- Conduct client meetings and reviews in line with FCA regulations
- Ensure all work is carried out with precision, compliance, and the highest level of professionalism
About You
- We're looking for an adviser who can demonstrate:
- Minimum 18 months' experience as a Financial Adviser, Associate, or Trainee Adviser
- Ideally achieved CAS already
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent) - essential
- Strong technical knowledge across a full range of IFA products
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to research and suitability report preparation
- A genuine client‑first mindset, with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Ambition to progress towards Chartered status - full support provided
