NJR Recruitment is proud to be working with a successful and established financial planning firm, currently seeking a Financial Services Administrator to support their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly professional and friendly environment where your contribution genuinely makes a difference.
The Role
You’ll be providing dedicated administrative support to two financial advisers, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the business. You’ll be client-facing, systems-driven, and hands-on with a variety of financial products.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Liaising directly with clients and providers in a professional and timely manner
- Managing client records with precision, including maintaining file notes and documentation
- Processing applications across pensions, investments, protection, and mortgages
- Preparing paperwork for meetings and following up on actions
- Tracking business submissions and chasing providers to ensure prompt processing
- Supporting compliance efforts and maintaining internal systems (Finplan CRM)
- Assisting with reporting and general support tasks to advisers
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in financial services administration
- Excellent IT and CRM system skills (e.g., Aegon, Quilter, Aviva, Royal London, LV)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organised, detail-focused and capable of managing competing priorities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with back-office systems (Finplan is a plus)
- Confident using Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
- Experience submitting business applications and trust forms
