NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a thriving Independent Mortgage Advisory firm, who are dedicated entirely to offering honest and ethical advice to their clients to find the very best mortgage deals. Due to their ever-expanding growth, they are now looking to recruit an entrepreneurial Mortgage Adviser to join their already highly successful 2nd Charge team.

This role is an office-based role based at their luxury new offices in Doncaster. All leads are provided along with all admin support to allow you to focus on providing excellent advice to the clients. For the correct individual, you can treat this as your own "mini business" within a business; the advice and client journey are key to the success of the company, and they are always looking at the best ways to improve this.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide high quality professional independent advice and explain different types of second charge mortgages available
- Be proactive, hardworking, flexible and able to work under own initiative but also a team player
- Work with case managers on loan sales to ensure the advice provided and products sold are accurate and to the highest of standards
- Attend training sessions and product updates from internal and external partners
This role is working on a shift pattern which includes two 9am-5pm, two 11am-7pm and 9am-2pm on Fridays. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker with experience in 2nd Charge mortgages, and have achieved CAS. You must hold the CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification. This role will really suit an individual that has a high desire to succeed, learn in a great environment and wants to offer a fantastic service to their clients.
