If so, due to a sustained period of growth, a Fleet insurance business is currently recruiting an additional Claims Handler to join its expanding team based in Manchester City Centre. This is a great opportunity for a Credit Hire Claims Handler to work as part of this growing business, where you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of motor claims from cradle to grave including the investigation, negotiation and settlement of claims. With growth comes good opportunities for future progression and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with motor claim cases in a proactive manner.
- Ensuring a first in class service is delivered at all times.
- Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ensuring reserves are amended appropriately and inactive cases are regularly reviewed.
Requirements:
- Prior Claims Handler experience is essential, with a good understanding of the Motor process.
- Experience in looking at indemnity, third party capture or intervention is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills are vital, with a highly professional telephone manner.
- Good time management skills and being extremely well organised.
- Being adaptable and a strong team player.
