Our client is a forward thinking, highly respected Commercial Insurance Broker who specialises in Property, Contractors, Management Liability insurance and more! As an Account Handler, you’ll be looking after a client book of medium-sized portfolios for diverse clients, providing top-tier service and expertise while helping the business thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse book of medium-sized Commercial clients
  • Develop great client relationships, understanding their unique insurance needs
  • Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and some new business
  • Work closely with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers on larger accounts where needed
  • Provide excellent service to clients whilst ensuring all compliance and documentation requirements are met

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Account Handler within insurance.
  • CVs with experience in Personal Lines or Client Servies are welcome!
  • Proven experience of providing exceptional client services.
  • Highly organised with a knack for multi-tasking and delivering to deadlines.
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow in a leading brokerage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
