This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled financial services professional to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on administrative expertise with team leadership responsibilities. Our client will consider candidates coming from Banking, Financial Planning or a Provider Platform, however you MUST demonstrate leadership, supervisory or team leader experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers while overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the administration team. Manage and support a team of IFA Administrators, ensuring high performance and productivity " Oversee the end-to-end client administration process, from onboarding through to policy servicing " Ensure all activities meet FCA regulatory standards Strong knowledge of financial products including pensions, investments, and protection " Hybrid working for a better work-life balance " Ongoing professional development and career progression "
