Job Description IFA Administrator Hybrid Working NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing Financial Planning business who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within an IFA or Financial Services environment who is looking to join a collaborative team where client service, accuracy and attention to detail are highly valued. Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider administration team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the client journey, from meeting preparation and new business through to ongoing servicing and annual reviews. Providing day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers and the Office Manager Maintaining accurate client records and updating the CRM system Handling client and provider enquiries by telephone and email Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office Previous experience within IFA / Financial Services administration Experience with Intelligent Office / Intelliflo Office would be advantageous A flexible and adaptable approach Candidates with strong general administration experience who are keen to develop their career within Financial Planning may also be considered.
