Senior Administrator .
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator who is looking to develop in to a Team Leader, and someone who enjoys taking ownership of client cases, working closely with Advisers and delivering an outstanding client experience.
Joining a collaborative and supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring new business is processed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and client service.
The Role
As a Senior Client Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the financial planning process, managing new business from submission through to completion and acting as a key point of contact for clients, Advisers and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Processing
- Submit new investment, pension and protection applications through provider systems.
- Manage new business from submission through to completion, ensuring cases progress efficiently.
- Liaise with providers to obtain updates, resolve outstanding requirements and minimise delays.
- Chase outstanding documentation, transfer requests and provider information.
- Keep clients and Advisers informed throughout the application process.
- Update client records and CRM systems accurately.
- Take ownership of your workload, ensuring all cases are progressed promptly.
- Client Administration
- Maintain accurate client information within CRM systems.
- Prepare high-quality client meeting packs and supporting documentation.
- Maintain electronic client records in line with compliance requirements.
- Support Advisers with post-meeting administration and implementation of recommendations.
- Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and in accordance with FCA requirements.
- Adviser & Client Support
- Arrange regular case review meetings with Advisers.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, Advisers and providers.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding the progress of their cases.
- Build strong working relationships to support excellent client outcomes.
- General Administration
- Support the day-to-day running of the office.
- Assist with ordering office supplies and general office administration.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Provide support to the wider Operations team as required.
About You
The successful candidate will have
- Previous administration experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management or a professional services environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team.
- A proactive, organised and client-focused approach.
Desirable experience includes
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of financial planning administration processes.
- Understanding of pensions, investments and protection products.
