An Experienced Candidate is required to work for our Clients, a respected and growing firm of Financial Advisers who form part of one of the largest firms of Wealth Managers in the UK. Our Client offers first class training and support and ongoing career development and now require someone to work in an incredibly busy role supporting the Managing Director. It is essential that those applying for the role can demonstrate capability of working in a changing and fast paced environment, whilst managing and liaising a client bank of High Net Worth Individuals. Daily duties will consist of; ” Supporting the Managing director” Extensive diary management and booking appointments / conferences / networking events” Liaising with and updating HNW individuals” Sending LOA’s to client for signature ” Processing new business applications” Preparing Client valuations & illustrations” Dealing with annual review process – o Organisingo Preparing pre-meeting paperwork o Sending LOA’s and requests for information to providers Candidates coming from a Financial Services background and those offering knowledge of Pensions & Investments would be of benefit, but this is not essential however a professional services background is.
