NJR are currently representing a well-established Financial Planning practice known for providing bespoke solutions to a growing client bank of high net worth individuals. As a result of their continued growth, they are now seeking a technically minded IFA Administrator to join their team. Our client offers a vibrant working culture and works very much as a team. They are also supportive of working towards industry exams and encourage development, and therefore the successful candidate will have a short-term opportunity to progress into a Trainee Paraplanner.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- To determine and deliver the most appropriate solutions and providers
- Collating information from existing pension/investment portfolios
- Undertake the necessary research and analysis including fund analysis, product comparison, product analysis, fund research and charges analysis to enable a sound client recommendation to be made
- Working through adviser fact finds and supporting material
- Construct Suitability Reports for advisers
- Create cash flow (retirement income) reports for advisers
- Provide all support material for client recommendation including illustrations and application documents
- Provide technical support to the adviser
- Preparation of annual client reviews
- Liaise effectively with clients, product providers, associations and other departments
- All the above in a compliant manner as set down by the company and the regulator's procedures
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by management/directors
Ideally candidates applying for the above role should offer the following:
- Working towards or willing to be Level 4 CII Diploma qualified
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Have a professional, proactive and positive attitude
- Analytical with a keen eye for detail
