As an Account Handler, you'll be the go-to person for managing clients' insurance portfolios.
You'll make sure they get the best coverage while providing top-notch service in an efficient manner and with a sound technical knowledge of Property related risks.
Account Handler Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide the perfect insurance solutions.
- Management of renewals, placements, and mid-term adjustments.
- Gather all the key information and documentation for renewal meetings, staying organised and detail oriented.
- Keep everything up to date on Acturis and make sure all records are accurate.
The Ideal Account Handler
- Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, ideally with a strong knowledge of Property and Construction products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, securing the best deals for both clients and the business.
- A friendly, approachable attitude with the ability to form strong relationships.
- Cert CII qualified or a desire to get it completed - assistance will be provided!
- Proficiency with Acturis software is essential for this role.
