This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled financial services professional to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on administrative expertise with team leadership responsibilities. Our client will consider candidates coming from Banking, Financial Planning or a Provider Platform, however you MUST demonstrate leadership, supervisory or team leader experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers while overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the administration team. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and a proactive approach to improving processes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: " Manage and support a team of IFA Administrators, ensuring high performance and productivity " Oversee the end-to-end client administration process, from onboarding through to policy servicing " Allocate workloads and monitor deadlines to ensure service levels are met " Act as a point of escalation for complex queries and cases
