NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established Independent Financial Adviser firm in Worksop who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking to join a professional and supportive business where they can build a long-term career within financial services.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Advisers, working across a varied range of client cases and helping to ensure clients receive a high-quality and efficient service.
The Role
- Providing full administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
- Preparing client review and meeting packs
- Obtaining valuations, illustrations and policy information
- Managing Letters of Authority and liaising with providers
- Processing applications and monitoring cases through to completion
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
- Supporting ongoing client servicing and annual review processes
- Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
- Working in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures
About You
- Previous IFA / Financial Planning Administration experience is essential
- Good understanding of pensions, investments and protection
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident when dealing with clients and providers
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- Experience with Intelliflo or other financial planning back-office systems would be advantageous.
