A leading quantitative trading firm is looking for a Trading Systems Engineer to help support the Linux infrastructure powering its global trading environment. You’ll work closely with engineering and operations teams to deploy, maintain, and improve the systems that support live trading.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain Linux-based trading infrastructure
  • Deploy and configure servers across production environments
  • Automate operational tasks using Python or Bash
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise system performance
  • Support production systems and collaborate on infrastructure improvements

What we’re looking for:

  • ~2+ years of Linux systems experience in a production environment
  • Strong command line and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Python or shell scripting
  • Familiarity with tools like Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, or Chef

Nice to have:

  • Cloud experience (AWS/GCP) or exposure to trading systems
