We’re excited to be partnering with an innovative HealthTech app on a Content and Social Media Manager hire. This is a unique opportunity to own and grow the brand’s organic presence across key platforms, playing a pivotal role in shaping how the product shows up to its audience pre- and post-launch. Working remotely within a highly collaborative team, you’ll drive content strategy, create high-performing short-form video, and build engaged communities that directly fuel growth. This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on social expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to turn content into measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the 30-day pre-launch content plan and evolve it post-launch
- Produce 4–6 Reels/TikToks per week (filming, editing, on-camera or directing talent)
- Manage influencer partnerships and gifting (fitness creators, school mum communities, wellness)
- Maintain brand visual consistency
- Own community engagement: comments, DMs, UGC reposts, hashtag strategy
- Supply team with 10+ creative variants per week (hooks, formats, talent)
- Track organic growth, engagement rate, and content-driven trial signups
Must Have:
- 3+ years running social for a consumer brand (fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or DTC)
- Strong on-camera skills OR a proven network of creators they direct
- Native fluency in CapCut, Premiere, Figma; shoots and edits independently
- Portfolio showing accounts grown organically to 50k+ followers
- Understands short-form hook craft and trending audio
