NJ Screen Prints is a leading UK apparel printer, known for world-class quality, technical expertise and outstanding customer service. We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the commercial growth of the business. This role is accountable for setting and delivering a clear sales strategy that drives consistent, predictable work for our onsite manufacturing operation, while achieving sustainable and profitable revenue growth.
You will broaden and diversify the customer base, deepen key client relationships, and maintain a balanced sales pipeline that supports efficient production planning. You will lead, develop and inspire a high-performing sales team, take full ownership of sales performance and forecasting, and work closely with production, creative, finance and supply chain teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. The role also manages key strategic retail customers, including Bioworld International, while ensuring NJ Screen Prints operates with appropriate commercial independence.
Proven senior sales leadership experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Strong strategic and data-driven mindset with expertise in forecasting, performance management and confident owning a revenue number.
Confident, inspiring and influential leader with excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
Competitive salary plus car allowance, private healthcare & company pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, onsite role, Monday–Friday, based in Hinckley.
