At NJ Screen Prints we are looking for a driven Sales Executive with apparel/fashion experience to join our team and help grow our presence across key retail customers. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where you’ll build strong relationships, spot opportunities, and deliver results. You’ll be working with major fashion retail accounts, promoting both speed-to-market garment printing solutions and licensed merchandise through our partnership with Bioworld International Ltd.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving sales growth with existing and new customers
  • Building strong relationships with Buyers and key stakeholders
  • Identifying and developing opportunities across product categories
  • Managing product, pricing, and margins to hit targets
  • Spotting trends and feeding back market insights
  • Negotiating with internal teams to deliver the best solutions
  • Representing the business in customer meetings and presentations
  • Keeping on top of admin (orders, critical paths, etc.)

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years’ B2B sales experience in apparel/fashion (essential)
  • Strong connections within high street retail or supermarkets
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Confidence communicating and influencing at all levels
  • Commercial awareness and a strong customer focus
  • Ability to work with designers and manage briefs
  • A creative, trend-aware mindset
