Overview

We’re seeking a motivated, ambitious individual to start their career in social media, content creation, and brand marketing with a fast-growing personal development brand. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, brand building, social media marketing, and community engagement, working closely with a small, driven team. Full training provided. Monday–Friday (flexible hours).

Duties

  • Shoot and edit aesthetic social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to align social campaigns with overall goals.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Support the running of the business (emails, market research, admin tasks).

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
  • Strong interest in personal development/fitness.
  • An eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Nice to have (not required):

  • Previous experience in social media management or a related field.
