We are looking for an experienced BMS/Controls Service Engineer, based in the Worcestershire / West Midlands area. The successful candidate must have a proven ability in all aspects of HVAC controls and building management systems. The ability to work independently is expected and a sound knowledge of all HVAC plant and associated equipment is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic team player.

Role Profile

The primarily focus of the role is providing onsite inspection, maintenance and adaptations for customer BMS systems along with remote customer technical assistance. In addition, the successful candidate may be required to support our contracts team and commissioning engineers with the implementation of new controls projects providing an opportunity to develop their own commissioning skills. Hours of work would be Monday to Friday based on 40 hours per week. Key Skills

  • Experienced in the servicing of Building Management Systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing timely solutions
  • Able to update/improve by making minor changes to Software Logic and Graphics
  • Qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Qualified and experience with Distech/Tridium/Trend Control Systems amongst others
  • BACnet, SIPP, Modbus system experience desired
  • CSCS/ECS or JIB registered
  • A full, clean driving licence is essential
