As Business Development Manager you will work with a wide range of businesses to uncover and solve their hiring challenges, acquire new clients, and increase market share. By developing a deep understanding of prospects’ current and future needs you will recommend tailored solutions that create both short‑ and long‑term value.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with key and SMB clients.
  • Create compelling proposals that communicate our value and deliver the client’s strategy and requirements.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of key and SMB clients\’ current and future needs and prepare customised solutions.
  • Keep on top of industry and market trends to offer insights and expertise to our potential customers.
  • Ensure that sales targets are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through acquisition while regularly growing and converting a pipeline of new business.

Qualifications

  • A proven B2B new business sales background.
  • A strong objection handler with the ability to deconstruct customer issues and propose actionable solutions to enhance the customer process.
  • In‑depth understanding of the sales process, from needs identification and objection handling to negotiation and successful closure in the B2B landscape.
  • Able to leverage and interpret sales statistics and ROI data from potential customers.
  • Consistently exceeds targets in a goal‑driven environment with a proven track record.
