Join a well-established Housing Association in a fulfilling role that truly makes a difference to young people's lives, with immediate start in a 4–5-week temporary contract with the possibility of extension. This Youth Mentor position offers the chance to support young people aged 16–25 in supported accommodation across Dudley, helping them build independence, sustain their tenancy, and work towards moving into their own home.

You’ll be delivering one-to-one support, acting as a key worker and helping young people create support plans focused on education, employment, budgeting, wellbeing, life skills and tenancy responsibilities. This is a rewarding role for someone who values person-centred support, safeguarding, positive engagement and helping young people live confidently and independently.

We’d love to hear from anyone with a background as a Youth Mentor, Youth Worker, Support Worker, Housing Support Officer, or experience in supported housing, safeguarding, social care, education, employment support or working with vulnerable young people in a similar setting, especially if you're passionate about helping young people progress and live independently.
