As the Asbestos Surveyor you will be:
- Covering the big 6 of compliance specifically lifts and asbestos.
- Supporting the Building Safety manager for high risk residential buildings.
- Effectively manage and monitor budgets that relate to the delivery of compliance.
- Make sure that all compliance information is updated and the information is accurate.
- Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved.
Qualifications the Asbestos Surveyor will need:
- Previous experience of delivering compliance safety including lift compliance and asbestos in a social housing setting.
- Experience working with the big 6 of compliance.
- Experience checking contractors' work and booking in remedial work.
- Asbestos and lift related qualifications.
