As the Asbestos Surveyor you will be:

  • Covering the big 6 of compliance specifically lifts and asbestos.
  • Supporting the Building Safety manager for high risk residential buildings.
  • Effectively manage and monitor budgets that relate to the delivery of compliance.
  • Make sure that all compliance information is updated and the information is accurate.
  • Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved.

Qualifications the Asbestos Surveyor will need:

  • Previous experience of delivering compliance safety including lift compliance and asbestos in a social housing setting.
  • Experience working with the big 6 of compliance.
  • Experience checking contractors' work and booking in remedial work.
  • Asbestos and lift related qualifications.
