As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive maintenance and repair work within domestic properties. This opportunity is with a respected and established building contractor in the area, known for its strong reputation in the housing sector and commitment to its workforce. Responsibilities
  • Carrying out maintenance and repairs service within domestic properties
  • Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests
  • To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards
  • Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve them efficiently
Qualifications
  • Over 3 years trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector
  • Has NVQ Level 2 - 3 or equivalent experience
  • 3 years’ experience of Bathroom installations, including tiling
  • Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively
  • A full UK driving licence
