As a Plasterer Multi Trade, you will be:
- Carrying out reactive plastering repairs within tenanted and void properties
- Completing patch plastering, skimming, rendering, and making good works
- Undertaking basic multi-trade repairs including painting, tiling, and minor carpentry works
- Diagnosing maintenance issues and delivering high-quality repairs first time
- Working across domestic properties throughout the Luton area
- Participating in a mandatory out-of-hours call-out rota
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering
- Experience working within reactive repairs or social housing maintenance
- The ability to carry out additional basic trade repairs
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach when working in occupied homes
