As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
- Completing refurbishment works within void properties
- Carrying out basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating, and patch plastering repairs
- Preparing properties for new tenants to a high standard
- Identifying additional maintenance requirements and reporting them accordingly
- Working independently to complete jobs efficiently and safely
- Delivering excellent workmanship across a variety of residential properties
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- An NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a core trade such as Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, or Painting & Decorating
- Previous experience working within social housing maintenance
- Experience carrying out void property refurbishments
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
