Join a well-established Housing Association in a key role supporting the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused repairs and maintenance service. This Voids Scheduler position offers the opportunity to play an important part in ensuring empty properties are brought back into use quickly and efficiently, helping to provide quality homes for residents. Youll be coordinating and scheduling works across void properties, working closely with operatives, contractors and internal teams to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed within agreed timescales. This is a busy and varied role that would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and experienced in managing voids within a housing or property environment.
