This Customer Liaison Officer position offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale refurbishment programme across the Yorkshire region, ensuring residents are fully supported throughout the delivery of planned improvement works.
You'll be the face of the project, building positive relationships with residents, coordinating access for works, and providing excellent customer service from start to finish.

We'd love to hear from anyone with a background as a Customer Liaison Officer , Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer, Housing Officer, Customer Service Advisor, Community Engagement Officer, or anyone with experience working in social housing, planned maintenance, property services or construction who has a strong customer-focused approach.
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be: Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout refurbishment works.
Proactively arranging appointments and following up on no-access properties.
Building positive relationships with residents and local communities.
Providing clear communication on planned works, timescales and project updates.
Resolving customer queries and access issues quickly and professionally.
Liaising closely with site teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently.
Maintaining accurate records of resident communications and project updates.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience dealing with sensitive situations and resolving customer concerns.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Previous experience within social housing, planned maintenance or construction (desirable).
Key requirements for this Customer Liaison Officer role: Full UK Driving Licence.
Access to your own vehicle (business mileage reimbursed).
Willingness to travel extensively across the Yorkshire region.
Ability to stay away overnight when required.
Available to start immediately and commit to the full temporary contract until November 2026.
