Join a well-established Housing Association in a key administrative role supporting the delivery of an effective Disrepair service across a large housing portfolio. This Disrepair Administrator position offers the opportunity to work closely with Technical Officers, housing management teams, contractors and residents, helping to ensure Disrepair cases are accurately recorded, monitored and progressed within the required timescales.
Youll be providing essential administrative support to the Disrepair, Damp and Mould service, maintaining accurate case records, monitoring contractor performance and helping to coordinate inspections, appointments and repairs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-focused and has an understanding of social housing, repairs or property services.
Wed love to hear from anyone with a background as a Disrepair Administrator, Repairs Administrator, Housing Administrator, Repairs Coordinator, Property Services Administrator, Housing Officer or someone with experience working within social housing, property services or a local authority environment.
As a Disrepair Administrator, you will be:
Supporting the delivery and administration of Disrepair Claims, including assisting Technical Officers with site visits where required
Maintaining clear and accurate records of all Disrepair cases in line with relevant procedures and disclosure requirements
Monitoring the progress of Disrepair cases and ensuring all relevant parties are kept updated
Monitoring contractor performance, repairs activity and payments
Managing and monitoring No Access issues and liaising with contractors to rearrange appointments
Working closely with Project Officers to arrange timely inspections and site appointments
Preparing information for complaints, Subject Access Requests, MP enquiries and Members' enquiries
Updating trackers and analysing systems and data to support effective service delivery
Taking meeting minutes and distributing information to internal teams and external contractors
