As a Painter, you will be:
- Completing painting and decorating work within void properties
- Preparing properties to a high standard for new tenants
- Working independently, usually spending several days at each property
- Collecting materials when required in coordination with the contractor
- Maintaining a professional and respectful approach while working in residential homes

The role is offering the following benefits:
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Initial contract expected to last at least two weeks with the potential for ongoing work
- Fuel expenses covered for travel outside your usual working area

- This role is offering a day rate of £160 - £175 per day
